Our client, an image media production company, faced a challenging reality: selling their high-quality photos through a major stock photography platform earned them a small fraction of their true market value. Determined to take control, they set out to build their own digital platform—one that would let them showcase their work, connect with premium clients, and retain more of their earnings. 

The goal was to develop a user-friendly platform with custom displays, subscription bundles, video sales, and multilingual search. Key challenges included tight budgets, complex photo imports requiring resizing, watermarking, and keyword tagging, and ensuring precise categorization. Additionally, securing a seamless connection between the client’s NAS storage and sales servers was critical for smooth data transfer.

We started with a detailed prototype, mapping out every platform element as a precise development guide. During implementation, we tackled challenges like optimizing search for complex keyword combinations and ensuring fast and reliable results. The result is a robust, scalable platform tailored to clients' needs, ready to elevate their business and adapt to future demands.

We focused on creating a seamless platform while addressing key challenges during development. One standout task was designing an importer for photos and videos, allowing secure, folder-by-folder uploads of large media libraries. This tool made managing content simple and reliable. Smaller adjustments were made along the way to refine the platform based on ongoing feedback. Currently, we are working with the client to enhance vertical video displays—a growing need—to serve their audience even better. The result is a platform tailored to their vision, ready to grow with their business.
